Our green policy

Here at Jataka caring for the environment is fundamental to the way we structure and run our business.

We promise to do all we can to take Jataka forward in a responsible and sustainable way. We believe that a well managed business can be successful and productive whilst remaining environmentally aware.

We guarantee to always use recycled materials and vegetable-based inks for ALL our stationary and promotional literature. Where possible we will reuse or recycle all packaging, and we would encourage anyone to do them same.

Jataka is a partner company of Tree Appeal, an organisation that helps responsible companies reduce their environmental footprint and create a global ecological heritage for many hundreds of years to come.

Jataka has made a long term commitment to improving our environment by running a sales-linked scheme to purchase native British broadleaf trees for planting around the UK.

Jataka will donate a tree for planting with every home or work sales-party hosted, every craft fair attended, every wholesale order placed of £300 or over, and for every 25 orders received via the website, telephone or post.
