How to order from Jataka

Many of the products we stock are available to purchase through our on-line web shop. Simply click the ‘BUY’ button on your selected products and when you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout where you will be prompted to enter your contact details and debit or credit card details. You will receive an email confirming your order and your products will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days from clearance of payment.

If you have any queries regarding the items you wish to order or it is simply more convenient to do so then you can place your order over the phone; simply call 01286 650508 and you can speak to us in person. If no-one is available when you call please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

You can also send your order along with a personal cheque, crossed and made payable to ‘Jataka’, to Jataka, Tan Y Gelynen, Waunfawr, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL54 7AX. Please be sure to include a contact telephone number and postal address. Items will dispatched upon cheque clearing.

All jewellery products will be sent in attractive Jataka coloured (reds/oranges) cardboard presentation boxes. Larger craft items will be tissue wrapped in cardboard boxes.
